The guide includes information about the protected classes and prohibited practices delineated by local, state and federal fair housing laws, reasonable accommodations and modifications for tenants with disabilities, fair housing law enforcement, suggested policies and practices, and much more.

This guide is supported by funding from the Appleton, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Neenah and Oshkosh Community Development Block Grant Programs.
