POSITIVE CHANGES TO DATCP 110

Over the past two years, staff professionals and members of the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) have been working with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) on a number of positive changes to the remodeling rule, commonly referred to as DATCP 110.

The approved rule that goes into effect on June 1, 2014 is the first major streamlining and modernization of DATCP 110 in 20 years.
