We’re seeking an experienced roofing foreman and siding installer to join our in-house crew based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. If you take pride in quick quality installs, motivating the crew to complete jobs, and have top notch customer service this position is for you.
At Vantage Construction Solutions we install and repair asphalt shingle roofs, metal roofs, EPDM flat rubber roofs, gutters, siding, soffit and fascia for residential and commercial properties. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the crew to install complete roofing systems, including tear-off, prep, installation, and cleanup.
- Lead the crew to install complete siding systems
- Lead the crew to complete roof and siding repairs
- Strategically assign and allocate work to crew members
- Deliver excellent quality by ensuring installations meet manufacturer specs and company standards
- Excellent customer service and client communications
- Enforce OSHA regulations and follow company safety procedures
- Install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and EPDM with precision and efficiency
- Install siding with precision and efficiency
- Install or service gutters with precision and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience shingling (4+ years preferred)
- Previous experience siding (1+ years preferred)
- Gutter Installation experience (preferred)

- Knowledge of roofing tools
- Ability to drive trucks with trailers
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work 8-12 hour days, weekdays, weekends are optional
