Ready to Register? Registration will once again be handled through the Exhibitor Portal. If you already have an account, please use the same email and password you’ve used in the past. New exhibitors, will need to create an account in the online portal.

  • Size: 10 x 10 per booth
  • Cost: $695 per booth for BCHBA members (includes $100 member discount). Be sure to select BCHBA member at time of registration.

BCHBA Holiday Party – Casino Night

  • Join us at the 2025 Holiday Party for networking, cordon bleu dinner, board installation & casino games!
  • 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Registration/Social Hour
  • 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM – Dinner/Installation of Board Members
  • 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM – Casino Night – Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Hold ’em & Craps

    • Hopefully you’ve been holding onto those Bryan Bucks – now is the time to bring them along! We will be rewarding members of the BCHBA who are involved in the Association. When members attend select events or committee meetings throughout the year, they will receive Rewards Bucks which can be used as an entry into a drawing for great prizes (must be present to win).
    • We will also be honoring those companies who had milestone anniversaries in 2025.

SHOWCASE BUS TOUR

  • We will be touring a variety of Showcase Homes in a luxury motor coach. Along with transportation, breakfast, snacks, beverages and a tour of select Showcase Homes, you’ll receive a ticket to attend the Showcase and view additional homes September 20-21 & 25-28.
  • Meet at the GV Park & Ride.
  • Registration – 8:00 AM, Bus leaves at 8:30 AM SHARP. Return – Approximately 4:30 PM.
  • Space is limited. Reserve your spot before September 9th!
  • The bus will be stopping at the September Open House held at Beam and Board for lunch. Food and beverage at the Open House will be sponsored by Beam and Board.
